As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Morphoses, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of the implementation of our class management platform from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high availability and performance of the class management platform.
  • Utilize the latest technologies and methodologies to drive software development.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies to support continuous improvement.

Job requirements

To be considered for the Senior Software Engineer position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as a Software Engineer (Backend and/or Frontend)
  • In-depth knowledge in programming any of the following: Java, NodeJs (Backend) and/or React, Angular (Frontend)
  • Experience in leading teams will be considered a plus
  • Solid understanding of web architecture
  • Working experience with APIs is a huge plus
  • Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases (Postgres, MySql, SQL Server, Oracle)
  • Experience with test-driven development
  • Knowledge of Unix based systems
  • Experience with Git-based development workflows and agile software processes (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in any of the following: Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Apache Camel, VueJs
  • Experience with Amazon AWS 
  • Good knowledge of DevOps basics and procedures
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
