Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research 🔍 on prospective clients and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.

  • Drive pipeline. You’ll take ownership of growing our pipeline for others to close, with aggressive KPIs on qualified booked demos, and develop the processes that will be fundamental to next year's demand creation motions.

  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest in our products/services.

  • Schedule meetings 📅 and demos with prospective clients for the sales team.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Utilize CRM software 💻 to track and manage leads and opportunities.

  • Owning your KPIs. We’re ambitious, but our targets are achievable – you’ll take ownership of your area of responsibility as you grow into the role.

Job requirements

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B and/or enterprise sales or business development. Experience in selling to HR and working for a start-up company is a plus+. 

  • You’re hyper-ambitious, confident in your ability, and love taking ownership.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Driven by data with excellent communication 💬 and interpersonal skills.

  • Cold calling 📞 is your strong skill and other forms of outbound outreach.

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot.

  • You learn fast and adapt to changing priorities. 🚀
