What would the role involve?
Managing your entire sales cycle from creating prospects to closing deals based on Morphoses ICP.
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in the CRM 💻
Owning your KPIs. We’re ambitious, but our targets are achievable – you’ll take ownership of your area of responsibility as you grow into the role.
Job requirements
About you:
You have a successful track record as an Account Executive with 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B Sales. Experience in selling to HR and working for a start-up company is a plus+.
Able to flourish in a fast-paced start-up environment: proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized.
Driven by data with excellent communication 💬 and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation & Resilience are your strong skills.
