What would the role involve?

  • Managing your entire sales cycle from creating prospects to closing deals based on Morphoses ICP.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in the CRM 💻
  • Owning your KPIs. We’re ambitious, but our targets are achievable – you’ll take ownership of your area of responsibility as you grow into the role.

Job requirements

About you:

  • You have a successful track record as an Account Executive with 2 - 5 years of experience in B2B Sales. Experience in selling to HR and working for a start-up company is a plus+. 

  • Able to flourish in a fast-paced start-up environment: proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized.

  • Driven by data with excellent communication 💬 and interpersonal skills.

  • Negotiation & Resilience are your strong skills.

  • You learn fast and adapt to changing priorities. 🚀
