Learning Experience Designer

At Morphoses, we're on a mission to empower the next generation to reach their full potential and become the best versions of themselves. That's why we're scaling up our portfolio of soft and employability skills activities and training content for learners aged 6-17. With every engaging learning experience we create, we're helping shape the future leaders, innovators, and all-around awesome human beings of tomorrow. We need you as a Learning Experience Designer to bring the best of learning design, learner engagement, gaming, personalization, and more to work with our Content Team (responsible for ‘what’ we train) to set a vision for further growth. And, of course, bring this vision to life.

As an LXD, your responsibilities are:

• Creating significant learning experiences, combining learning design, content creation (working closely with our community of tutors and joining forces to create the best possible experience for learners), and QA of existing material.
• Continuously improving our way of learning (the Morphoses Framework) by building on the new skills that arise, insights into educational design, emerging technologies, and analyse the data from the existing material.

• Hold a University Degree in Education, Psychology, or a relevant field (preferred).
• Possess excellent written and verbal English & Greek communication skills.
• Have 3+ years of experience in learning design and instructional design, with a proven track record of being a thought leader in the field.
• Be able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Have experience in all stages of learning content development projects and have the ability to collaborate with experts in the soft skills field.
• Proven ability to create, design, and develop soft-skills curriculum and training material.
• Experience in working with children and in the edtech or e-learning industry is a plus.
• Be passionate about helping children reach their full potential through education.
